Access costs a €12 one-time fee, charged to your mobile phone bill.
There is nothing to cancel. The fee is charged once and does not renew, so no further amount will ever be taken. You are not signed up to a subscription.
If you think you have been charged more than once, or charged in error, email us and we will investigate straight away.
To access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to processing, email us with your mobile number and a short description of your request.
