1. About the Service
Fetchndownload (the "Service") is operated by FRST Media Europe B.V. ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 80008798, with registered office at Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Fetchndownload, a FRST Media brand, is technically supported by Allmobfun & Media Pay Plus. The Service provides access to premium digital content — video, audiobooks and e-books — delivered through your mobile browser, and is available to customers in Cyprus. By purchasing access you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Service & Pricing
This is the complete service overview. There is one plan, one price and one charge.

3. What You Pay and When
- The price is €12, charged once.
- The technical and billing infrastructure are supplied by Allmobfun and Media Pay Plus.
- The fee is charged to your mobile phone account through carrier billing, or deducted from your prepaid balance. No credit card is required.
- The amount is disclosed to you before you confirm the purchase.
- Because the charge does not repeat, there is no cancellation step to complete. You do not need to send a stop message or contact us to prevent a further charge.
4. Content Access
All content is delivered through your mobile browser; no application download is required. Content is provided by our technical partner Allmobfun. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. The catalogue is updated on an ongoing basis and the continued availability of any particular title is not guaranteed.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the express permission of the person who pays the mobile phone bill, in order to purchase access. By doing so you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorised to incur charges on the mobile number you provide.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available through Fetchndownload — including films, recordings, narrations, text, cover artwork and images — is protected by copyright and is owned by FRST Media Europe B.V. or by its content partner and their licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly perform or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your access with people outside your household, or resell it.
- Attempt to circumvent billing, access controls or geographic restrictions.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or download the catalogue.
- Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to access the underlying technology.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
8. Refunds
The €12 one-time fee is generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe you have been charged in error, or charged more than once, contact info@fetchndownload.com and we will review your case.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control, without liability for any resulting inconvenience. While accessing content you may also incur standard data charges from your mobile operator; these are separate from the price of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms of Use. On termination your right to access the content ceases immediately. As set out in section 3, no recurring charge applies, so termination does not require any cancellation step on your part.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@fetchndownload.com so that we can try to resolve it directly.
